4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AED. Prices may change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout for order confirmation. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later).

Tabby Payments: Your agreement is directly with Tabby. Refunds and adjustments are processed according to Tabby's terms.

5. Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Standard delivery fee: 30 AED. Free delivery on orders above 500 AED. Delivery timelines vary depending on location and service selected. Delivery is fulfilled through trusted third-party logistics providers, including Quiqup.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, orders must follow the return process.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement or full refund will be provided and return pickup will be free of charge.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers for payment processing, logistics, delivery, and order fulfillment. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by these third-party providers.

10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfers to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
