We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

Once your return request has been approved, a return pickup will be arranged through our delivery partner.

Return Shipping Fee

A return shipping fee of 30 AED applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund amount.

This applies to all orders, including orders that qualified for free delivery.

Example:

• Order value: 550 AED
• Return shipping fee: 30 AED
• Refund issued: 520 AED

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

The 30 AED return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Tabby Orders (Buy Now, Pay Later)

If you placed your order using Tabby, refunds will be processed through Tabby's refund system.

Any completed payments will be refunded through Tabby, and any remaining payment schedule may be adjusted or cancelled depending on the refund amount.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or colour, please return your order and place a new order through our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In these cases, the return shipping fee will be waived and a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn or used
• Items without original tags attached
• Items not returned in their original packaging
• Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
